General Conditions
Prices include consumption of: electricity, gas, water, heating and / or air conditioning, elevator, color TV.
Prices do not include: room cleaning (€ 30,00 for one-room apartments, € 40,00 for two-room apartments and €50,00 for three-room apartments), any other service not explicitly indicated among those included.
The apartments can not accommodate more people than those indicated by the category they belong to (including children).
Any guests who stays overnight is kindly asked to show an identity document to the Reception for the registration by law.
Animals allowed – extra fee of € 50,00 for final cleaning of the apartment.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit requested.
The guest must use the apartment with care and leave it in the same conditions in which it was delivered to them. The guest will reimburse the costs of any damage. A guarantee deposit of € 100.00 will be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be returned upon departure, after the necessary checks. In case of damages and / or deficiencies, an equivalent amount will be retained from the deposit and only the remaining part will be returned.
The balance will be paid at arrival, upon delivery of the keys.
